I’ve called Central Texas home since 1990, and after 32 fulfilling years as a teacher and high school football coach, I decided to retire from coaching to pursue a new passion—real estate. My years in education helped me develop the skills to lead, communicate effectively, and stay focused on goals, all of which I now bring to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.

Teaching and coaching have given me a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and goal-setting. I’ve learned how to listen carefully, work through challenges, and stay focused on helping others succeed—qualities that translate directly into helping clients navigate the home buying or selling process.

I’m excited to be a part of the Schaible Realty team, where I can combine my deep understanding of the Austin area, including its neighborhoods and school districts, with a people-first approach.

Family is a big part of my life. I raised my two children, Makenna and Heston, here in Austin, and later blended my family with my wife Tammy and her children—Dylan, Sydney, and Ryan. Together, the seven of us enjoy making the most of everything Central Texas has to offer.
