I couldn't be more pleased with my recent home purchase through Schaible Realty. I recently relocated to Leander from out of state. Brad and Anna Schaible helped me navigate the entire process. They took a full day to chauffeur me around to the various neighborhoods showing me all the houses I wanted to view. They offered their honest opinions (which I very much appreciated) along with explanations of various home building features with which I was unfamiliar. Furthermore, they each brought their own unique perspectives to the home-buying experience. Once I decided on a place, Brad worked expeditiously to negotiate my offer, coordinated closing dates with my out-of-state agent with the sale of my other home, scheduled a home inspection on a Sunday (since I was only in town for that weekend), and worked fervently behind the scenes to make sure it was a seamless and smooth transaction while I was en-route across the states to my newly purchased home. I loved that Brad was able to set up everything electronically so that I didn't have to step foot into an office for signatures. We were even able to close earlier than anticipated because Brad was so pro-active in the process.
